By accessing or using DublinPulse (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Website, whether as a casual reader, a registered user (if registration is available), or a person submitting an inquiry through our contact channels.
Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Website. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and to submit any information through forms. We do not knowingly offer the Website to children under 16.
2. Service description and scope
DublinPulse provides educational content about practical construction knowledge, including beginner-focused explanations of building materials, façade and cladding concepts, insulation and weather protection principles, fixings and fastening fundamentals, site organisation habits, and safe tool handling awareness. The Website may include articles, checklists, diagrams, learning paths, and workshop-related information.
The Website is informational and does not provide engineering advice, project-specific design services, legal advice, or formal certification. Any examples, guidance, or checklists are intended to support learning and understanding. Actual construction work should be carried out in accordance with manufacturer instructions, project specifications, competent supervision, and applicable Irish laws and regulations. If you require professional advice for a specific project, consult qualified professionals.
We may offer ways to request workshops or learning sessions through the Contact page. Any workshop details, availability, and content scope are subject to confirmation in writing. We may refuse workshop requests that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our scope.
3. User obligations
You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Website in a way that interferes with its normal operation or compromises its security. When using the Website, you agree that you will:

- Use the Website for personal learning and informational purposes, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Respect the safety-focused nature of the content and avoid attempting tasks that you are not competent or authorised to perform.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials if an account feature is made available in the future.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission, except where such use is allowed by applicable law.
